Gentlemen:
On April 13, 1979, I forwarded a letter to Carolina Action concerning its failure to respond to interrogatories by April 4, 1979.
hb. Rena Benard of your office contacted me on April 18 and 19, 1979, indicating that she would place a response to the interrogatories in the mail on April 25, 1979.
As to the identification of your witnesses, Ms. Benard indicated that she would identify all witnesses known to Carolina Action in the response on April 25, 1979.
By this letter, I am confirming my request that you inform me of any additional witnesses that you might select in order that we can arrange for their depositions to be taken the week of April 30 - May 4.
