Shipments will not be made unless all tests, certifications, acceptances, ani final inspection. have been completed. Work instructions will be pro-vided for haniling, stora6e and shippirg operations.
Radiography personnel shall perform the critical haniling, storage ani chippirs operations.
5 Inspection, Test and operating Status Inspection, test ani operatirg status of packa6cs for certain special form radioactive material will be inlicated ani controlled by written procedures.
Status will be iniicated by tag, label, marking or log entry. Status of nonconforming parts or packages will be positively maintained by written procedures.
Radiography personnel shall perform the re6ulatory required inspections ani tests in accortlance with written procedures. The Quality Assurance Manager shall ensure that these functions are performed.

Quality Assurance Recortis Records of package approvals (inclulirg references ani drawirgs), inspect-ions, tests, operatirg logs, audit results, personnel trainirs ani qualif-ications ani records of shipments will be maintained. Descriptions of equip-ment ani written procedures will also be maintained.
These records will be maintained in accortlance with written procedures.
The records will be indentifiable ani retrievable. A list of these records with their storage locations, will be maintained by the quality Assurance Mana6er.
7 Audits Established schedules of aulits of the quality Assurarre Program will te performed usir4 written checklists. Results of audits will be maintained ani reported to management. Audit reports will be evaluated ani deficient areas corrected. The audits will be depenient on the safety significance of the activity beirg audited, but each activity will be aulited at least once per year. Auilt reports will be maintained as part of the quality assurance recortis. Auditors will have no responsibility in the activity they aulit.
