SECY-79-242 - PROPOSED LICENSE TO EXPORT SOURCE MATERIAL TO THE UNITED KINGDOM (XUO8423)

(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)

This is to advise you that the Comissioners have reviewed the subject license to the U.S. Department of the Army.

The Commission (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to export to the United Kingdom 250 kilograms of depleted uranium in the form of bar stock.

The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on May 1,1979.

It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to the Department of the Army by c.o.b. May 7,1979.
