Dear Mr. Dircks:
We are in receipt of your Order to show cause (imme-diately effective) concerning the nuclear Assurance Cor-poration's cask, Model NFS-4 (NAC-1, Serial A).
Your Order of April 6 provides an opportunity for us to file an answer and to request a hearing.
We are in the process of re'fiewing the pertinent in-formation but to date are unable to provide you with an answer.
