- The difficulty with.the Cadarache meeting was not so much the
. lateness of tne. formal invitation as the lack of timely practical information, leading to receipt of deadline requirements so late that meeting the deadlines was not possible.
I have, and will, have Mr. Furet.inforced of U. S. papers as soon as possible.
