"On October 17, 2019 at 1411 EDT, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission was notified of a deceased loggerhead sea turtle recovered from the plant intake canal that was determined to have been causal to plant operation.
"This event is being reported pursuant to 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi).
"The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."
