Durina and subsecuent to recional neetinos with industrial radicaraphers in 1977-70, discussions indicated that the review of case histories of radiorraphy incidents was a valuaDie trainino tool.
Subseouently, Apnendix A of 10 CFR Part 34 was arenced (flarch 3, 198() to include case histories as a required training subject.
You have recently been sent a cornilatinn of case histories concerninq overexposures, un"ecessary exposures and other unusual events tnat nave occurrea durino the conduct of radicaranny operations.
