1.
Provide the sources of the mechanical properties of materials listed in Section 1.3.
2.
Clarify whether or not Option 1, Detail A, is only applicable for Cask Model 50-1.5L.
Revise the description of the 1/2 flat plate to show it is an annular ring plate.
Indicate on the drawing the size of this ring plate for other Cask Models.
3.
Describe and submit supporting documents for the design of the
" Ratchet Binder."
4.
Revise Drawing No. X-20-201D Sheets I and 2 to show materials of construction (shell and lid) and the welds between lifting or tie-down lugs to cask, 5.
Revise the thickness of the tie-down lug from 1-inch to 2-inches on Drawing No. X-20-201D, Sheet 2, to agree with the calculations in Section 1.4.4.
