Dear Sir:

This correspondence is a response to NRC Bulletin IE 80-22 regar ding the possession and use of Automation Industries Model 200-520-008 sealed source connectors.

Our actions regarding the five items contained in the Bulletin are as follows:

1) We possess no Model 200-520-008 cameras or equivalent equipment with the

" quick di ronnect" type of connector.

2) No action required.

3) Radiographers have been made aware of the condition described in the Bulletin.

4) We are presentl: reviewing our Radiation Safety Manual for modifications and will consider the impact of these conditions.

5) Radiographers have been informed of the importance of mak'ng sn veys.

Radiographer performance and compliance to regulations continues on a quarterly audit basis.
