PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTIES - $13,000 This is to inform the Commission that a Notice of Violation and Notice of Proposed Iq>osition of Civil Penalties in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Dollars (513,000) vill be issued on or about February 15, 1980, to Portland General Electric Company.
This action is based on three items of noncompliance associated with the implementation of the physical se urity program and involved the unauthorized access of an individual to the protected area and a vital area.
A news release will be issued about the time the licensee receives the Notices.
The State of Oregon will be infor:ed.
It sho ld be n:ted that the licensee has not been specifically informed of the enforcemen action.
