We request issuance of a USNRC Certificate of Comp iance for Radioactive Materials Package for Technical Operations Model 900 Type B 1 ckage. We are enclosing eight copies of the package description of the Model 900 for your review. In accordance with 10CFR170.31, Item ll.E, we are also enclosing a check for $200 for the applica-tion fee.

We plan to apply to the U.S. Department of Transportation for an International Atomic Energy Agency Certificate of Competent Authority for Type B(U) packaging under the 1973 Revised Edition of IAEA Safety Series No. 6.
We ask that this package be reviewed for conformance to these requirements also.
