Dear Mr. MacDonald:
General Atomic Company holds valid Certificate of Compliance No. 5938 for a shipping package, Model No. lHTPF, with expiration date of June 30, 1980.
General Atomic anticipates continued need of this package for the transport of radioactive materials for the next several years, pursuant to 10 CFR 71.
Accordingly, we request a new expiration date of June 30, 1985.
Attached is a check in the amount of $150 covering the renewal fees prescribed in 10 CFR 170.31(11).
We look forward to the issuance of a revised Certificate of Compliance giving a new expiration date of June 30, 1985.
