NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On February 15, 1980, the Secretary of the Interior, in response to the invi-tation extended by the NRC Staff to file a brief amicus curiae on the issue pending before the Commission regarding admission of certain Indian Tribes as Intervenors in this proceeding, submitted a request for an extension of 60 days to file such a brief. The Staff has no objection to the schedule pro-posed by the Secretary of the Interior for the filing of its brief amicus curiae.
