Dear Mr. Rawi:
By application dated November 9,1979, Technical Operations, Inc., requested a Certificate of Compliance for the Model No.,820 package. The application also requested that the package design be issued an IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority as a Type B(U) package.
Based upon our review o# the application, we have concluded that the package (Model No. 820) authorized by NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9137 meets the requirements for Type B(U) packages.
