SECURITY PERSONNEL TRAINING SCHEDULE IMPLEMENTATION Gentlemen:
The revised Appendix B, NEDS-14507C3, forwarded to you with my letter of August 16, 1979, contained a general statement regarding implementation of new training requirements (see Section B4).
At that time a more detailed implementation program was not feasible.
However, our situation now permits a more detailed plan, which is enclosed.
The enclosure to this letter contains information of a type speci-fled in 10CFR2.790(d.).
Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10CFR9.5(a)(4), subject to disclosure only in accordance with provisions of 10CFR9.12.
For these reasons we request that the enclosure to this letter be with-held from public disclosure.
Please contact H.A. Rogers of this office (408*925-6496) in any matter concerning the subject plan.
