Inspection 70-687/79-05 This refers to your letter dated January 9,1980, in response to our letter dated December 14, 1979.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to Item 8, thank you for the additional information concerning the conduct of evacuation drills between October,1978 and October,1979, which was not available at the time of the inspection.
This information was examined during an inspection of your licensed program on January 29 through February 1, 1980.
We concur in your contention that at least two scheduled evacuation drills were conducted semi-annually as required by license conditions.
As such, we concur that Item B is not an item of noncompliance and has been deleted from our records.
