River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50 h58 On or about November 1,1979 your office was notified by Gulf States Utilities of a " potential" 10CFR 50.55(e) deficiency with regard to acceptance testing of concrete materials. During a further review, Gulf States evaluated this as a deficiency reportable under 10CFR 50.55(e)(1)(1) and offers the attached status report in partial fulfillment of 10CFR 50.55(e)(3). An update will be provided by December 30, 1979.
