In order to renain in full ccrrpliance with 10 CFR 70.32 (c) (2), you are advised that a change in our sampling plan for U 0 scrap d blenh h 38 been made. The current sampling plan for U O3o sub blends will be changed fran 1 to 3 sanples for % Uranium for blends #ith a mininun of 11 containers.

The current isotopic sampling plan renains the same (a mininun of 5 samples per blend).

This change is considered as an upgrade in our measurenent program.
