Phase II of this proceeding inw1ves the consideration and detennination of eether the scope and tireliness of the proposed modifications to the Control Euildi.g of the Trojan nuclear facility, required to bring the facility into si.stantial coraliance with the license, are adequate from a safety standpoint.
Tne schadule governing the conduct of this proceeding was established by the Order of the Licensing Soa-d entered December 29, 1979.
