AMENDMENT OF PROTECTIVE ORDER (February 8, 1980)
.The Board entered a protective order on July 23, 1979, pursuant to a stipulation by and among the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas (Brownsville), the Department of Justice (Justice), the Staff, and Gulf States Utilities Company (Gulf States).
The July 23, 1979 protective order is hereby amended or supple-mented as follows:
1.
Each reference to the subpoena of February 26, 1979, in the original order shall also be understood to refer to a subpoena duces tecum dated January-18, 1980, issued by the Board at the request of Just:Lce and directed to Gulf States for it to make available for inspection and copying certain documents described

therein.

Paragraph 12 of the original subpoena shall be amended to read as follows:
"Nothing in this Order shall abridge the right of any person to seek judicial review or to pursue other appro ariate judicial action with respect to t.se matters contained herein.
It is understood, however, that before seeking judicial relief, Gulf States will consult the Department of Justice in an effort to reach an agreement concerning the. appropriate protection of such materials."
It is so ordered.
