ORDER EXTENDING FACTUAL DISCOVERY PERIOD (February 14, 1980)

On February 14, 1980, the Staff moved for an extension of the factual discovery period for an additional two weeks, until March 14, 1980.

There still remain additional depositions and discovery which cannot reasonably be completed by February 29, 1980.

There is no opposition to this motion for extension of time by the Department of Justice, the Tex-La Cooperatives, City of Brownsville, and Cent.ral and Southwest 1

Corporation and its subsidiaries.
