Dear Mr. Like:
In response to your letter of January 7,1980, addressed to me and Richard Hoefling of this office, steps have been taken to place Messrs. Cohalan and Gilmartin on the Staff's service lists for both of the above-referenced proceedings.
In addition, this office has been advised that the Office of the Secretary has placed Mr. Cohalan on its service list but not Mr. Gilmartin. Both individuals have the same mailing address.
As regards your request that " documents previously served in the above matter [s]"
be served on the two above-named gentlemen, I suggest that you direct them to the NRC's local public document rooms located, as you know, at the Wading River Public Library for Shoreham and at the Riverhead Library.for Jamesport. The documents should be available there.
I would also note that your office, by virtue of your designation as Special Counsel for the County in each of these proceedings, has been served with all the documents you are now requesting from the NRC Staff.
In light of the clear availability to the County of the documents you requested, the Staff must decline to reproduce and forward any additional copies.
