)-l ORDER ACCELERATING RESPONSES TO HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY'S MOTION TO COMPEL (February 12, 1980)

On February 12, 1980, Houston Lighting and Power Company (HL&P) filed its Motion to Determine Procedures and to Compel the Department of Justice (Justice) to Provide Fuller Responses to HL&P's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents.

Copies of that motion and an accompanying cover letter were hand-delivered to Justice on that date.

The Board finds that HL&P has stated good cause for an accelera-tion of tM iim within which responses should be filed to this matter.

February 20, 1980 Conference call to resolve issues raised by HL&P's motion.

Counsel for HL&P shall be responsible for arranging the confer-ence call among the Board, Justice, any other party responding to the motion, and itself.
