BG{B THREAT At 3:20 p.m. on January 11, 1980, the Daniel International Project Manager was informed by a Mr. Carl Vincent of Burlington, Kansas, that he had recalved a call from a male stating, "There is a bomb in one of your toilets."
Mr. Vincent has supplied portable toilets to the Wolf Creek site. His telephone number is painted on each unit.
A search of all portable toilets is being conducted. No site evacua* ion is being conducted.
The Sheriff of Coffey County, Kansas City of fice of the FBI and ATF were notified. The IAT and offices of Co=missioners Hendrie and Kennedy were notified by telephone on January 11, 1980.
Nor press release was made or planned by the licensee or NRC.
The site construction progress is approximately 40%. There is no SNM on site.

Region IV, Arlington, Texas, received notifi-cation of this occurrence by telephone from the KG&E Site Security officer at 3:40 p.m. on January 11, 1980.
