Je are referring a letter to you, for your attention, that was received from Dr. Dement of Dement Laboratories, Portland, Oregon.
In a telephone conversation with Dr. DeMant we learned that he was particularly interested in obtaining the infomation he requested in his letter with respect to accumulation of radioactivity from warf are nuclear devices.
