SUBJECT:
TERA CONTACT ON USI TASK FILES As indicated in S. Hanauer's memorandum dated January 3,1980 in Section 5.0 of Enclosure 1, a TERA representative plans to meet with each Task Manager to review the set of documents currently in the Document Control System (DCS).
Some preliminary work by TERA to upgrade the DCS by inputting documents re-lated to each task from our office files.
The purpose of the review is to assure that the set of documents included in Central Files and the Public Document Room is complete.
A TERA representative (probably Bernie Maguire) has begun to contact Task Managers to conduct these reviews.
Please cooperate with him when he contacts you.
