Dear Mr. Miller:
The Commission has received "Intervenor's Motion for Reloca-tion of Special Prehearing Conference" dated January 24, 1980.
This Motion was also filed with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for the proceeding on Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company's application to increase and modify the spent fuel capacity and systems.
The filing before the Licensing Board is the only one allowed by the Commission's rules of practice. See, 10 CFR 2.730(a). Therefore, the Commission cannot consider your motion.
I have communicated your filing to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for disposition.
