This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked our Office of the Controller to bill ycur Cemaany for the review and acoreval of Arendment 4 to Taoical Report C4-Al?010A entitled Cancral Atomic Quality Assurance Progran, which was sucmitted to tne Office of ::uclear Peactor Regulation (0:M.P.) for review in June 1973. We understand that the O'U"i staff completed the revieu of tne above itea on i:ovember 2,197C.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is 02,145 based on review time involving 55 professional man-nours at 329 per man-hour.
