This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked our Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review and apercval of Topical Report No. DAW-1556 entitled " Evaluation of the Atypical Weldment" (dated August 1979) which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reacter Ragulation (ONRR) for review. We understand that the ONRR staff conpleted the review of the above report on Decenter 12, 1979.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Scecial Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is 54,446 based on review time involving 112 professional can-hours at 539 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Centroller within a few days.
