Dear Mr. Lewis:
During our phone conversation on December 19, 1979, you inquired whether a meeting concerning fuel rods had taken place.
Since the time of our conversation, I have discovered that such a meeting did occur on November 1, 1979.
I am enclosing the minutes of that meeting. Also enclosed is a follow-up letter sent by the Office of fluclear Reactor Regulation to all operating light water reactors.
This letter, which contains various attachments, is dated November 9,1979.
