Dear Larry:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of December 28, 1979, with respect to discovery between Licensee and the Cali-fornia Energy Commission.
We agreed that Licensee's responses to the following four documents, all dated December 21, 1979, will be delivered to California Energy Commission offices on or before January 17, 1980:
(1)
California Energy Commission's Second Set of Interrogatories to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District; (2)
California Energy Comnission's Second Request for Production of Documents to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District; (3)
California Energy Commission Request for Admissions to Sacramento Municipal Utility District; and, (4)
California Energy Commission Request for Inspection of Rancho Seco Facility.

The written response to Item (4) above will provide for an inspection of the facility on January 21, 1980, subject to certain conditions which will be set forth in the response.
We also agreed that California Energy Commission's responses to " Licensee's Second Set of Inte rogatories to Cali-fornia Energy Commission" and " Licensee's Second Request for Production of Documents Directed to California Energy Commis-sion," both dated December 20, 1979, will be delivered to the offices of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District on or before January 17, 1980.
With respect to " California Energy Commission's First Notice of Deposition," dated December 21, 1979, we agreed that Licensee will attempt to obtain the consent of one Rancho Seco shift supervisor and two licensel operators (not senior licen.=ad operators) to appear for depositions upon oral examination com-mencing at 10:00 a.m. on January 24 and 25, 1980, at California Energy Commission offices.
