This is to inform you that Battelle's Columbus Laboratories (BCL) requests continuation as a user of the above referenced Certificate in accordance with Paragraph 71.12(b) of 10 CFR Part 71, following any renewal of this Certificate af ter its expiration date of March 31, 1980.
BCL understands it is not required to submit any fee with this request for continuation as a user. BCL has experienced no unusual occurrences or re-portable incidences while using this package Model No. NLI 1/2.
