Enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 6375, Revision No. 7, for the Model No. CNS 4-45 shipping package. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 6375, Revision No. 6, dated September 10, 1979.

Please note that changes have been made to the license Landitions of the certificate. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in tne margin. Also, please note that we have not approved Revision E to BMI Drawing No. 9123-6PB-0001 and Revision A to BMI Drawing No. 00-000-552. Changes from the previous revisions to these drawings should be delinated and justified prior to any changes in the packaging.

Either provide eight (8) copies of the previous revisions to these drawings for inclusion in the consolidated application or submit an application for an amendment to the certificate identifying and justifying the proposed changes withia 30 days of the date of this letter.

Those on the attached list have been registered as users of this package under the general license provis' ions o'f 10.CFR 571.12(b) or 49 CFR 5173.393a.

This approval constitutes authority to use this package for snipment of radioaccive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 5173.393a.
