Dear Mr. Ellison:
The enclosed supplement to Licensee's answers to the California Energy Commission's first set of inter-rogatories corrects two errors which Mr. Rodriguez sub-sequently has discovered in his answers.
I would also like to take this occasion to amend
" Licensee's Response to California Energy Commission's First Request for Production of Documents to the Sacra-mento Municipal Utility District," dated December 20, 1979.
That response specified an incorrect charge of six cents per page for documents reproduced by the District at the 1787 M5 8 001220 D \\3
SHAW, PITTMAN, POTTS & TROWBRIDGE Christopher Ellison, Esq. January 9, 1980 request of the California Energy Commission.
It has been discovered subsequently that the District's actual cost of reproduction is nine cents per page.
Accordingly, the charge for all future duplicating will be nine cents per page.
