'Summarv Inspection on August 9-10, 1979 (99900377/79-01)
Areas Inspected:
Implementation of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B criteria and applicable codes and standards including:
initial management meeting, and QA Manual / Program.
The inspection involved twelve (12) inspector-hours on site by one (1) NRC inspector.
Results:
In the two (2) areas inspected two (2) deviations were identified as follows. No unresolved items were identified.
Deviations: QA Mansul did not describe the functions, responsibilities and authority of senior management personnel in marketing, engineering and procurement whose activities affect quality (See Notice of Deviation, Item A).
Audits Records - QA Manager's looseleaf file containing audit records was not
