ORDER Permittee Northern Indiana Public Service Company has moved for an extension of time for the filing of responses to petitions served on December 20 and 21, 1979, in response to the Commission's notice of " Opportunity for Hearing on Con-struction Permit Extension" published in the Federal Register on November 30, 1979.

For good cause shown, the time for filing all responses is hereby extended until January 18, 1980.
The NRC Staff is not required to file its responses until five days after Permittee's filings.
