'Ihe NRC Headquarters review of its 2 in the Notice of Violation dated July 6,1979 has been cmpleted. The finding is that the General Atmic Company's interpretation of the intent of the NRC approved FNMC plan with regard to the itm 2 noncmpliance was valid. It m 2 in the July 6,1979 Notice of Violation is herewith withdrawn and General Atcmic Campany is found in cmpliance with regard to that itm.
