This letter will confirm the agreement reached between CEC and the NRC Staff regarding responses to
- 1) California Energy Comission's Second Set of Interrogatories to the Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission;
- 2) California Energy Comission's Second Request for Production of Documents to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission; and
- 3) California Energy Comission's Requests for Admissions to the Nuclear Regulatory Comission.
Responses will be filed by January 17, 1980 and we will take all reasonable steps to assure that the responses (including the documents being supplied) are delivered to CEC's offices in Sacramento, California during business hours on January 18, 1980.
