Dear'Mr. MacDonald:

It is requested that the Certificate of Con:pliance, Package Identification No. USA /6E /J/B( ), be renewed for a period of five years.

Attached is our check in the amount of $150 to cover the fee for processing this renewal.

Attached are eight copies of Revision 2 to the Safety Analysis Report for this package.

This Safety Analysis Report consolidates the analyses y

contained in the original safety analysis report with the additional data submitted in the subsequent requests for revision in the certificate.

The safety analysis is based on a maximum cask weight of 48,000 pounds and a maximum weight of contents of 10,675 pounds.

It is requested that paragraph (6) of the certificate be revised as follows:

"(6)

The total weight of the shipping container shall not exceed 48,000 pounds and the weight of the contents shall not exceed 10,675 pounds."

It is requested that the last sentence in subparagraphs 5(2)(a), 5(2)(b),

.ind 5(2)(c), be deleted.

The weights noted are not representative of waste solidified with cement and the maximum allowable weight of contents is not a function of the type of container.
