Gentlemen:
The NRC Staff has committed to provide weekly reports on the status of resolution of open items for the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report on the proposed modifications to the Trojan Control Building. A complete listing of the status of unresolved problems in this regard is being filed by the Staff today in response to the Licensing Board's direction to the Staff, in its Order of November 30, 1979, to "immediately inform the Board, explicitly and clearly, what unresolved problems remain which might have a bearing upon the seismic and other issues in this proceeding." Accordingly, this will constitute a comprehensive updating of the currently unresolved Problems in this preceeding and a separate status report will not be submitted for the week ending December 7, 1979.
