Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6 IE Bulletin 79-13 (File: 2-1510)

Gentlemen:

As required by Item la. of IE Bulletin 79-13 we have completed volumetric examinations of the nozzle-to-transition piece and transition piece-to-piping welds on both steam generators in the ANO-2 NSSS. No crack indica-tions or unacceptable code discontinuities have been identified.

In addition to the weld examinations we have performed a visual examina-tion of feedwater system piping supports and snubbers in containment. All supports and snubbers were found to be operable and in conformance with design specifications.

Very truly yours,
