ORDER TO CORRECT TRANSCRIPT OF TESTIMONY OF DR. WORTH BATEMAN (December 6, 1979) q 4
Dr. Warth Bateman of the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) who testified in this proceeding on September 13,,1979, has called our attention to certain errors which appear in the transcript of testimony.
The record shall be corrected in those respects.
The request of Katherine Savers McGovern, Attorney of the Office of the General Counsel of DOE, that a copy of her letter dated November 16, 1979 and its attachment be associated with the transcript of Dr. Bateman's testimony in the record, is granted.
Copies of this letter and its attachment are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
