Siis was attributed to a failum to initiate autemtic b1cw dcwn of seccndary water. Bicwdcwn was initiated and withM a short ti e the pH returned to no mal limits.

To ninimize the pcssibility cf recurrence, cperatcrs have been ra-clnded of the frportance of providing fcr automtic blcwdcwn of seccnd-ar/ ccoling water.
