Smith, Chief, Fuel Facility and Materials St.fety Branch, NRC, Region I, and Mr. F. Straut, President, Baker Testing Services, in which Mr. Straut agreed to cease radiographic operations in Massachusetts and divest himself of all byprod-uct material until such time as Baker Testing Services is authorized by a valid license to possess such material and to conduct radiographic operations.
