s Based on the inspection conducted on October 10, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requircrents, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
0 CFR 34.24 requires that you calibrate each radiation survey instrument t intervals not to exceed three months.
Contrary to this requirement, you failed to maintain the three month cali-bration requirement on three survey instruments. Specifically, on five occasions during the period of March 27, 1978 to September 7, 1979 three survey meters were not calibrated at the three month required frequency.
