DPR-50 issued to 'etropolitan Edisen Company, Jersey Central Power and Light Company and Pennsylvania Electric Ccepany, which revised Technical Specifications for operation of Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment permits plant warmup and low pcwer (<.5%) testing with one motor-driven emergency feedwater pump disabled.
This amendment relates to radiological safety matters previously considered but does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations and the Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1, which are set forth in the license amendment.
For further details with respect to this action, see (1) the 1557 315 application for amendment dated May 6,1974,(2) Amendment No. I to License No. DPR-50, with any attachments, and (3) the Commission's related Safety Evaluation dated May 10, 1974.
