Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment 34 to the Operating License Application for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1.
This Amendment addresses the balance of the questions dictated to us via telephone by your staff on October 5, 1972. Also included is a Test Abstract for the Loss of Off Site Power Test requested in Mr. DeYoung's letter of August 8, 1972. The information listed above and information which serves to update the FSAR has been incorporated into the text and is forwarded in the fora of change pages dated November 22, 1972.
There are also enclosed one copy and 20 conformed copies of the Certificate of Service of Amendment 34 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
