On behalf of the Applicants in the above dockets I am forwarding herewith twenty-five copies of the responses to the above request by New Bedford Gas and Edison Light Com-pany, New England Power Company and certain responses by Mcntaup Electric Company.
The remaining responses by Montaup Electric Company and those of Town of Hudson, Massachusetts Light and Power Department will be foruarded within the next few days.
Also enclosed are copies of the August 10, 1979 order of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission approving the balance of the conveyance by Public Service Company of New Hampshire of its 22% interest.
