In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specifica-tion 6.9.1.9, we have attached the subject reports concerning the failure of the Control Room Air Conditioner Compressor to start from the Control Room Panel (79-053); the "A" Main Feedwater regulator valve failed shut requiring Emergency Feedwater (79-054); a mal-function in the "B" Main Feedwater Controller, requiring Emergency Feedwater (79-055); a surveillance inspection on the Station Batteries not being performed on schedule (79-056); and the inoperability of the Radwaste Area Exhaust Radiation Monitor (79-057) that is being submitted per Environmental Technical Specification, Section ETS 5.6.2b.
