Assessment of the Capabilities and Research Needs of the Epvironmental Protection Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the Area of Health Effects of Low-Level Ionizing Radiation".

The preparation and submittal of this report was directed by the Congress in Sec. 5(c) of Public Law 95-601.

The report represents a joint ef" ort by the Envirormental Priotection Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to describe tTeir revective research needs, capabilities and current activities. Separat ? sections of the report were prepared by each agency to describe its needs ani prograsns.
